This is a technical folder I made for a Technology company. They had the initial design which consisted in an office space and a big workshop. The construction had recently started when I was hired. They gave me the floor plan and I was in charge to make the rest of the folder, including elevations, cross sections, details and technical drawings. I designed the plumbing, gas and electrical system, I added some constructives solutions as the encouter of the ceiling with the structure that was inadequate and would have filtration problems if they didn't fix it. This was the first of many projects I had with this client.
