In the UX Writing project for the Legere application, a comprehensive analysis was conducted to enhance the user experience. The work included defining the brief, implementing storytelling, determining the tone and voice, as well as researching user personas and benchmarking. A empathy map and proto-personas were developed to better understand the needs of the target audience. The result was the creation of an application with user-centered design and wording that communicates clearly and cohesively, highlighting Legere's unique identity in the digital bookstore market.
